8.1 CVISIONWEB has a no-risk customer guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided by CVISIONWEB at any time you are entitled to cancel your service contract at any time. However, by accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to pay: Monthly fees up front for SEO services (SEO services include all Internet marketing-related services such as on-page, off-page, link building, social media marketing…) For other services such as translation, copywriting, web design, web development, a schedule will be defined with a certain amount to be paid at specific milestones. An initial portion of 50% may be required to initiate the work.
8.2 If you decide to cancel your service, service will be delivered until the end of the month and will be stopped the month thereafter for SEO or immediately interrupted for other services such as translation, copywriting, web design, web development. When payment of service is made in advance, we have a strict No Refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact CVISIONWEB.
8.3 As payment is expected up front, CVISIONWEB also reserves the right to cancel any service immediately and without notice in the event that you do not cover the monthly fees within 7 days following the bill.
8.4 NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY SERVICE THAT YOU CANCEL AFTER RENEWAL HAS TAKEN PLACE. SERVICES WILL BE CONTINUED UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH YOU PAID FOR. - Limitation of Liability
